Welcome to the new Julie & COo online store

I am delighted to welcome you to the new Julie & COo online store! While the products remain the same, you can discover or rediscover them through this new showcase, which is designed to be more fluid and dynamic!

What's changing?

Fluid, fast, and dynamic are the key words of this redesign! What this will improve, for the user (you!), will be: pages that load much faster, no crashes (I hope!) when too many connections take place at the same time, and a more attractive presentation of the new collections.

And on the administrator side (me!) it will be: much more intuitive and less time-consuming online postings, therefore more motivation to publish new creations (yes, there are still some waiting for their moment of glory) and more time devoted to sewing and communication around the life of the workshop.

What about old customer accounts?

Unfortunately, I was unable to migrate my old customer accounts to this new site. The process proved to be far too tedious and promised an uncertain outcome. Old customers will therefore have to create a new account, and their order history will be lost. I will, however, keep a backup of the old database, particularly to retrieve notes from orders that have been customized and to create accounting reports. In accordance with confidentiality requirements, all personal data will be deleted after 3 years from the date of your last order on the old site. You can also request the deletion of your personal data before this time by sending me an email to contact@julie-and-coo.fr

Shall we subscribe?

The new feature that accompanies this site will also be the creation of a newsletter. I will try to maintain better communication (well, just communication...) with those who want to follow the adventures of the shop! I will send you new products, exclusive offers and tell you about the life of the workshop. I always wanted to do this but I hadn't managed to set it up on the old site. So I mainly used Instagram to make important announcements but it didn't seem enough to me. With this new site it seems feasible and once again in a fairly fast, fluid and dynamic way, so why deprive yourself?! If you want to be the first to know what's happening around here, subscribe quickly, with or without a customer account, at the bottom of the page.
